Chris Coyer

Superintendent 

Chris graduated from Temple University with a major in Finance in 2014. Chris began his career in construction building residential communities throughout New Jersey. A resident of Philadelphia, Chris is excited to bring his experience to the PB+DC team and contribute to the growth and development of our city.  Chris likes to spend his time off with close friends and family, likely watching sports or seeking out new restaurants in the Philadelphia area.

Andrew Withington

Superintendent 

Andrew joined the team as an assistant superintendent in December 2019. He has worked in the landscaping and remodeling field for over 18 years. He is efficient in  fast paced environments, which gives him the ability to multitask and problem solve. When not working, he likes to spend time with his wife and daughter and enjoys watching sports and spending time outdoors.

Mike Hallett

President 

Construction & Development 

Having picked up the passion for construction at an early age, Mike works to coordinate all aspects of construction for PB+DC clients and development projects with his talented team.  When not getting his boots dirty around the city on job sites, he enjoys exploring the city with his wife, daughter and family dog, as well as the occasional motorcycle ride.

Matthew Shapson

President 

Finance & Operations 

Temple University graduate, Matthew has a passion for creativity and building lasting impressions.  

"My father grew up in South Philly and always said, "leave it better than you found it", and that's exactly what I intend to do".

Rob Tinsley

Construction Manager

Robert joined our team as a Construction Manager in June 2020.  He has been in the construction industry for 12 years managing commercial and residential projects. He values building strong relationships with clients and contractors.  In his free time, Rob enjoys playing lacrosse, golfing, and spending time with his wife and two sons. 

Greg Costello

Project Manger

Graduated from Philadelphia University with a degree in construction management, Greg had an interest in building and real estate from a young age. After starting a career in estimating, Greg quickly transitioned to Project Management for multi-family projects in Brooklyn, Jersey City and eventually returning to Philadelphia. When not at work, you can find Greg hanging out with friends and family, going to the beach, and eating good food. 

MaryKate Selgrath

Assistant Project Manager

MaryKate is a graduate of The Catholic University of America where she earned degrees in Civil Engineering and Architecture. She has experience working on a variety of projects in several market sectors throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.  When not at work, MaryKate is heading down the shore, walking her dog, or on the hunt for the best nachos Philly has to offer.

Skylar Crafts

Assistant Project Manager

Skylar is a graduate from the University of North Florida with a major in Building Construction, minor in Business Administration, and is a founding member of UNF’s Chapter of Women in Construction. Skylar brings experience with government contracts and construction across the country including residential design-build projects in Southern California.  Passionate about arts, culture, travel and food, you can find her trying new things and enjoying a good meal with family and friends.

Patrick Ryan

Superintendent

Patrick, a graduate of The Williamson Free School of Mechanical Trades, has always had a strong interest in all aspects of the construction industry. Patrick's background consists of construction management on commercial, healthcare, and residential projects. He enjoys living in the City of Philadelphia, exploring the restaurant scene, supporting Philly sports teams, and visiting the shore in the summer time. Patrick values hard work, good communication, and pays close attention-to-detail.

Brady Kline

Preconstruction 

Manager

Brady Kline graduated from Cabrini University in 2014 with a major in business management and a minor in graphic design. After working for a non-profit in Eastern Europe for a year he started his construction career in Washington D.C.. He moved back to the Philadelphia area and has been working with PB+DC since 2019. When not at work, he enjoys discovering new restaurants, watching soccer and enjoying the outdoors.
