President

Having picked up the passion for construction at an early age, Mike works to coordinate all aspects of construction for PB+DC clients and development projects with his talented team. When not getting his boots dirty around the city on job sites, he enjoys exploring the city with his wife, daughter and family dog, as well as the occasional motorcycle ride.
Matthew Shapson
President
Finance & Operations
Temple University graduate, Matthew has a passion for creativity and building lasting impressions.
"My father grew up in South Philly and always said, "leave it better than you found it", and that's exactly what I intend to do".
Jeff Berlin
Vice President
Being the son of an established home builder in PA, Jeff was exposed to every aspect of the construction industry at an early age. At the helm of Berlin Green Homes, he was the recipient of 23 Custom Building Awards. In 2013 he pivoted to commercial and has built in excess of 820,000 sq. ft. of commercial, mixed use, and apartment space to date.
He has 3 grown boys, of which 2 have followed his lead in construction, and enjoys time off with his wife Kornelia, their 3 “furry kids”, and meeting and catching up with his friends and 4 older brothers.
