From dirt to a community this build was a unique challenge and highly rewarding.  This small street was nothing but dirt, no homes, no pavement.

PB+DC began the redevelopment on this block with 4 new homes, new roadway and electric utilities.  This 4-Home construction showcased PB+DC's ability to work in any environment and create a true "start from scratch" development.  This was truly an amazing transformation!
