Michael Hallett
President - Construction & Development
Having picked up the passion for construction at an early age, Mike works to coordinate all aspects of construction for PB+DC clients and development projects with his talented team. When not getting his boots dirty around the city on job sites, he enjoys exploring the city with his wife and dog, as well as putting miles on his motorcycle.
Matthew Shapson
President - Finance & Operations
Temple University graduate, Matthew has a passion for creativity and building lasting impressions. "My father grew up in South Philly and always said, "leave it better than you found it", and that's exactly what I intend to do".
Brady Kline
Project Manager
Brady joined our team as a Project Manager in August 2019. He is passionate about construction and excited to use his experience to deliver high-quality projects on budget and on time. Outside of work, Brady enjoys playing soccer and trying out new restaurants.
Frank Finn
Assistant Project Manager
A West Chester University graduate, Frank brings a unique set of skills to the team. Passionate about providing a high-quality end product for clients, Frank is always looking for ways to streamline processes, to ensure projects are completed on time and under budget. When not working, Frank enjoys going down the shore with his fiancé, exploreing new micro-breweries, and time outdoors with his dog.
Rob Tinsley
Construction Manager
Robert joined our team as a Construction Manager in June 2020. He has been in the construction industry for 12 years managing commercial and residential projects. He values building strong relationships with clients and contractors. In his free time, Rob enjoys playing lacrosse, golfing, and spending time with his wife and two sons.
Luke Ezzo
Superintendent
Luke joined the PB+DC team in August 2020. With 8 years of hands on construction experience he brings a tenacity to projects that get projects completed on time and on budget. In his spare time he likes to spend time with my family, golf, and watching football.
Andrew Withington
Assistant Superintendent
Andrew joined the team as an assistant superintendent in December 2019. He has worked in the landscaping and remodeling field for over 18 years. He is efficient in fast paced environments, which gives him the ability to multitask and problem solve. When not working, he likes to spend time with his wife and daughter and enjoys watching sports and spending time outdoors.
Kevin Gowen
Superintendent
Kevin brings over 20 years of commerical and residential construction experience to the team. Known for his can-do attitude, Kevin takes pride in getting the job done! In his free time, Kevin explores his passion for cooking.
