Having picked up the passion for construction at an early age, Mike works to coordinate all aspects of construction for PB+DC clients and development projects with his talented team.  When not getting his boots dirty around the city on job sites, he enjoys exploring the city with his wife and dog, as well as putting miles on his motorcycle.

Temple University graduate, Matthew has a passion for creativity and building lasting impressions.  "My father grew up in South Philly and always said, "leave it better than you found it", and that's exactly what I intend to do".

Liz has 15 years of experience in various aspects of residential construction in Philadelphia. She's learned how to cultivate endless patience to succeed at the MSB on Friday afternoons and raise two teen daughters.

With 18 years of experience in the field, his attention to detail, and knowledge of construction keep the projects running efficiently. When not at work, Reed enjoys the outdoors with his dog Shady and living a healthy lifestyle.

Brady joined our team as a Project Manager in August 2019. He is passionate about construction and excited to use his experience to deliver high-quality projects on budget and on time. Outside of work, Brady enjoys playing soccer and trying out new restaurants.

With 20 years experience in the industry, my hands on know how allows me to proudly delegate our company's vision to our clients and customers. I am a father of 6 boys that I proudly raise with the love of my life, my fiancé Erin. When not at work, I love boating and relaxing down on the Chesapeake Bay.
